My Valorant Account Was Unfairly Banned - I Didn't Even Play

I haven't logged into Valorant in a very long time, yet today, when I tried to open the game, I was hit with a baffling error message: I'm banned! How is it possible for me to be banned when I haven't even touched the game in ages?

I immediately sent a support ticket to Riot Games, but they haven't even bothered to respond to it. This is completely unacceptable. They're arbitrarily banning accounts without any justification or explanation, and then they're ignoring their players' pleas for help.

Riot Games, you need to find a solution for your unfair bans! This is an outrageous and baseless restriction. Lift the ban on my Valorant account immediately and provide a clear explanation for this unjust action. Stop banning inactive players and ignoring support requests!
