My Riot Games Account Permanently Banned for Cheating on PS5
My account has been permanently banned for cheating, even though I never used any cheats! I've sent them countless tickets, but they've shown absolutely no interest in helping. They haven't provided a single piece of evidence to prove I cheated, which is impossible because I didn't. This is a truly terrible system.
Their support team is not only unhelpful and unresponsive but also looks down on the people they're supposed to assist. I've been playing this game for years and have never cheated, not once. I had 1,066 hours on that account, and I was playing on a PS5. Despite the fact that it's impossible to use cheats on a PS5, I was still banned for cheating, and now they've even banned my console! How am I supposed to sell this console now? They need to provide a clear explanation for this.
Riot Games, you need to lift this unjust permanent ban on my account and console immediately! Provide clear evidence of cheating, or acknowledge your flawed system and restore my access. This is unacceptable, and I demand justice for your baseless accusations and a solution for my now unsellable console.
