I have never used cheats in my life. I don't know how to use cheats. I don't even know how and where to get them, but I got banned for cheating. I not only received a permanent account ban but also a hardware ID ban. This is nonsense. I have sent tickets and emails many times, but bots respond automatically and always write the same things. Live support needs to deal with this urgently. If I'm cheating, I ask you to prove it to me, show me a clip from my game, but again the bot responds automatically. I have bought so many skins for that account. This is a great injustice.
