I’m beyond frustrated with Riot Games right now. My account was permanently banned for allegedly using third-party software—even though I’ve never cheated, never used any shady programs, and have always played fairly. I’ve checked my system thoroughly, and there’s absolutely nothing suspicious installed. After digging around online, I saw that people are getting banned for ridiculous reasons, like having completely harmless background apps. This makes no sense, and now it’s happening to me.
I’ve submitted multiple tickets to Riot Support explaining the situation and asking for a proper investigation. All I get in return is the same generic message: “We’ll look into it,” and then they close the ticket almost immediately. There’s no actual follow-up, no detailed explanation, and no transparency.
My ticket number is #114012927. I’ve invested so much time and spent ₺ on that account, and it’s just gone without a real reason. Riot, you need to fix this. Reopen my case, actually investigate it properly, and remove the ban. This is unacceptable. I deserve answers—and my account back.
