Revolut Payment Pending for Days and Not Received in Bank Account

On February 6, a friend of mine living abroad sent me two separate transfers via Revolut—one for €200 and another for 10,000 TL. My account is a regular bank account in Turkey, and these payments were supposed to be delivered to me. However, both transfers still appear as “pending” on the sender’s side, and the funds have not reached my account.
In response to this situation, I checked with my bank and reviewed the transactions through the system. I also have receipts for these transfers. Despite this, I have been told that “no money has been received in your account,” and the issue remains unresolved. Even though the receipts clearly show the transactions dated February 6, I have not been given any clear information about the status of these transfers.
I request that these two transfers made via Revolut be urgently investigated and that the amounts of €200 and 10,000 TL be credited to my Turkish bank account as soon as possible. Otherwise, since I have the receipts, I will be forced to pursue all necessary legal actions.
