On November 24, 2025, I transferred €150 from my Revolut account to my own Euro account at Ziraat Bank. However, for an unknown reason, the transaction was rejected on November 27, 2025. The money was not credited to my Ziraat Euro account, nor was it returned to my Revolut account.
In my conversations with Revolut, I was told that the funds were expected but never received. Despite repeatedly attempting to contact Ziraat Bank customer service, I have not received any meaningful response, and no explanation has been provided regarding why the process has been delayed.
Due to this unexplained rejected transaction, I am requesting that the missing €150 be returned to me and that I be given a clear explanation as to why this issue occurred.
