I Lost €1500 in Revolut Bank Transfer and Still Can’t Get Help from Anyone

On June 15, I initiated a €1500 bank transfer through Revolut to my Ziraat Bank account, and it has still not arrived. I contacted Revolut support, and they insist that the transfer was completed successfully. They provided me with a tracking number and told me to follow up using that reference.

However, when I approached Akbank, they flat-out told me they don’t have a mechanism to trace incoming international transactions via tracking codes. So now I’m stuck in a situation where Revolut says it’s sent, but my local bank says they can’t trace it—and the money is just gone.

Neither side is taking ownership or offering a resolution. It feels like my €1500 has vanished into thin air, and I'm left helpless. I’ve exhausted my options trying to escalate this, but no one is giving me a straight answer or a timeline for resolution.

I demand Revolut to urgently re-investigate this transfer, provide verifiable proof of receipt or initiate a swift refund. This is a significant amount, and I expect proper support, not finger-pointing between institutions.
