I Can’t Cancel My Revolut SWIFT Transfer to Ziraat Bank After Entering Wrong Info

I recently made an international SWIFT transfer using Revolut to my Ziraat Bank account, but I mistakenly entered the wrong recipient details. As a result, the funds never reached my bank account. I realized the issue right away and tried to cancel the transfer or at least redirect it properly, but I’ve been completely let down by Revolut’s lack of timely support.

Despite multiple attempts to contact their support team, I received no clear guidance or resolution, and the process dragged on with no updates. It’s unacceptable that for a financial transaction involving real money, there’s no immediate assistance or effective intervention available when something goes wrong.

All I want is to cancel the transfer or get the funds returned to my Revolut account so I can send it again correctly. I’m currently stuck without my money and without answers. I’m asking Revolut to urgently process the cancellation and return my money so this issue can be resolved without further delay.
