I Got Charged Multiple Times by Resumaker Without Consent and Demand Immediate Refund

Back in February, Resumaker withdrew money from my account on multiple separate days without my permission, knowledge, or authorization. I never signed up for a recurring membership, nor did I approve any automatic payments. This is a clear violation of user trust and financial consent.
I only used the CV builder once, yet I was charged multiple times—each on a different date. I have emailed them requesting a refund, but have yet to receive a proper explanation or acknowledgment. This kind of billing practice feels deceptive and exploitative.
I am demanding that all unauthorized charges be refunded immediately and that my membership be fully canceled without delay. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will escalate the matter to CIMER and pursue legal action. I expect a swift response and resolution.
