I Am Demanding a Full R299 Refund From Resumaker for Unexpected Bank Deductions

I used Resumaker once to create a CV, for which they correctly charged me R19. After that, without my permission or any clear information, Resumaker started deducting money from my bank account. Since last week, I have noticed unauthorized charges from Resumaker, and so far a total of R299 has been deducted without my approval. I was not informed about any subscription, I did not knowingly agree to recurring payments, and I do not know what these additional charges are for. I request that all unauthorized charges totalling R299 be fully refunded to my account and that any active subscription or recurring payment linked to my details be immediately cancelled so that no further deductions are made. I also expect a clear explanation of how these charges were started without my explicit consent.
