Rentalcars.com Reservation Canceled Due to Insufficient Findex Score Despite Adequate Balance

I recently rented a car from Rentalcars.com and provided my driver ID and credit card. My reservation was canceled due to an insufficient Findex score, despite having an adequate balance. I had increased my balance a day before renting, and while it reflected late in Findex, it was sufficient at the time of rental. I contacted your Turkish and international customer service multiple times but received no resolution. I was repeatedly told to call back at different times to file a complaint, which was very frustrating. This is especially concerning as I faced a similar issue last year, but received an immediate refund then. Despite explaining that my balance was sufficient, the issue remains unresolved. I neither received the car nor any satisfactory assistance from your support team. I request an immediate refund of my money. This experience has been very disappointing, and I hope for a prompt resolution.
