Rentalcars Refused Refund After Rent Go Canceled My Reservation

I booked a rental car through Rentalcars, but the experience turned into a complete waste of time and money. There was no mention of a flight code requirement on the website when I made the reservation. However, when I arrived at the airport to pick up my car, Rent Go refused to provide the vehicle and canceled my reservation on the spot.

The worst part? Rentalcars refused to refund my money despite the cancellation being completely out of my control. To make matters worse, there is no proper customer service in Turkey to resolve the issue. Avoid Rentalcars at all costs—they take your money, but when a problem arises, you are left stranded with no support. I demand a full refund immediately!
