Renault Service Damaged My Clio



After purchasing a brand new Clio model car from the Renault Mais Sarıyer branch, I returned to the dealership shortly after taking delivery on September 9, 2023, to have the recommended Bronze Plus package installed. During the initial delivery, existing issues were noted on the delivery report. However, when I went to pick up the car on the same day, I noticed a dent on the left fender that was not present during the initial delivery, and this issue had not been recorded on the delivery report. Strangely, I was asked to sign the report before taking possession of the car, although the standard procedure is to sign the report after confirming that there are no issues with the vehicle. This backward process gives the impression that there was an attempt to cover up this dent issue. When I brought this matter to the attention of the responsible individuals, they mentioned that such dents had existed previously. However, I questioned why this wasn't documented in the report if that was the case. I also inquired about the purpose of having a report if it holds no significance. Unfortunately, since September 9, I've been met with delays and unresponsive communication from Renault. I ended up having to address this issue at my own expense. Moreover, it was evident that the dents were caused by the dealership's handling of the car, particularly when installing the package. This issue left my vehicle with both physical damage and a reduction in its resale value. Purchasing a brand new car under these circumstances, especially from a reputable company like Renault, with such a level of incompetence in handling the vehicle, has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I am seeking a resolution to prevent such incidents in the future and to understand how this issue can be rectified.
