Let me now explain why you should never buy a car from the Ermat Renault dealership. On June 12, 2023, I paid a down payment of 250,000 TL at the Gaziemir Ermat Renault dealership for a Renault Clio, and the invoice was issued on June 21, 2023. On July 28, 2023, I finally received my car. I also paid 23,500 TL for mandatory window tinting, ceramic hood protection, and paint protection when I took delivery. The work done outside is limited to a maximum of 10,000 TL. There were visible scratches on the hood protection, as well as blemishes on the car's roof and persistent watermarks on the right side. It was as if no work had been done on a car that was supposed to have a ceramic coating. Following my complaints, they redid the hood protection, claiming that a flawless result was possible. Their workmanship is sloppy, and they use low-quality materials. I know a little bit about these things. They also promised to repair the car's exterior marks. At the very least, they're attempting to make amends for their errors. The service manager even offered to redo it completely if I so desired. The bigger issue, however, is the paint and varnish residue between the car's roof and the C-pillar caused by a manufacturing flaw. Initially, they claimed it wasn't their fault and speculated that it could have been caused by a stone during transportation. Later investigations revealed that it was a manufacturing error. How can you hand over a car to a customer without thoroughly inspecting it? It's a completely irresponsible and careless business practice. The so-called expert's solution was to repaint the roof locally, which appears to be a farce. If it happened to them, I wonder if they'd repaint the roof of their brand-new car. The process is still ongoing and has been dragging on for far too long. It's been a month, and no clear resolution has been reached. If a viable solution is not provided, I will take this to court. So, if you're thinking about buying a car from here, make sure to thoroughly inspect it.
