Endless Wait and Frustration at Renault Ernaz Sakarya Service

I entrusted my vehicle to Renault Ernaz Sakarya authorized service center care on July 13th, and today marks the 50th day that I have not received my vehicle back. The situation is critical because they appear unable to effectively resolve the issues. Their inability stems from delayed part arrivals, an inability to properly fit these parts, and the need for software updates, which necessitates repeated calls to technical support. Despite their efforts, they are unable to resolve the issue, forcing them to reorder parts, and leaving me in limbo. I have received no information to alleviate my concerns or compensation for my inconvenience during these 50 agonizing days. I'm starting to wonder if they're using my car or if they made a mistake during repairs, and they're hesitant to tell me. To say the least, it's a depressing situation. I initially chose to entrust my vehicle to their service center because I trusted them. However, this decision has left me deeply disappointed. Unlike this service center, I believe that if I had taken my car to a local repair shop, they would have provided a courtesy car. As a result, in the face of my ongoing ordeal, I feel completely ignored. Given the circumstances, I'm seriously considering filing a lawsuit to protect my rights. I implore Renault to recognize the pain they have caused and to provide both financial and emotional support to alleviate my suffering.

I handed my vehicle to Renault Sakarya authorized service 50 days ago, and I still haven't received it back. The service has given me various excuses, including delayed parts and technical issues, but my vehicle remains unrepaired. I regret choosing the authorized service, and I suspect that my vehicle might have been used without my knowledge. I'm now considering taking legal action, and I seek financial and moral support from Renault's service for my grievances.
