2016 Model Renault Kadjar Costly Brain and Turbo Failures

In my 2016 model Renault Kadjar with 97,000 km on the odometer, I experienced brain malfunctions in both 2020 and 2022. As a retired civil servant, this put me under significant financial strain. Just when I thought it was over, this year I encountered turbo failure. The cost of repairs at a private service center alone amounts to 22,000 TL. If I were to take it to an authorized service center, it would be at least 40,000 TL. It seems like there's a recurring issue with automatic transmissions in Renault vehicles. I am undecided about whether to proceed with the repairs or not. I have owned three Renault vehicles in the past, but now I am seriously considering not purchasing this brand again.

No representative from the Renault brand has contacted me. Apart from the brain and turbo malfunction, other issues were also experienced. We resolved the problems in the fall with approximately three months' salary. I had all the repairs done because I was considering changing the vehicle. However, since my spouse said we have spent so much money, let's use it, we decided not to sell it. I hope I won't have to write a complaint about this issue on this page.
