Remitly Transfer of $100 to Access Bank Nigeria Not Credited Since 26 November 2025

I used Remitly on 26 November 2025 to send $100 USD from my U.S. debit card to my Access Bank account in Nigeria, but the money has still not been credited to my account. Since that date, I have not received any credit alert or indication that the transfer reached Access Bank, even though the payment was processed and a receipt was issued. However, the receipt did not contain a reference number.

I have visited Access Bank multiple times to follow up and have checked my account repeatedly. They confirmed that no such amount has been deposited. I also contacted Remitly customer service regarding the issue, but I have not received any useful response or solution, and the problem remains unresolved.

I request that the $100 USD I sent on 26 November 2025 be traced and immediately credited to my Access Bank account without further delay, or that Remitly take every necessary step with the bank to ensure the transfer is completed as soon as possible. I expect clear and timely feedback on what went wrong with this transfer and when I can expect the funds to appear in my account.
