On August 19, 2025, I used the Remitly app to transfer NOK 17,000 from Norway to my Akbank account in Turkey. However, even after more than a week, the transfer has still not been completed. My transaction reference number is 35562892355.
During this time, I contacted Remitly customer service, but I was not given any clear or accurate information about why the delay occurred or when my transfer would be finalized. This lack of transparency has left me extremely frustrated. In the past, I never faced such an issue with Remitly, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I also paid a fee for this transaction, though I cannot recall the exact amount.
I am demanding that Remitly complete my transfer immediately and resolve this issue without further delay. Customers should not have to wait indefinitely for their money while receiving vague responses. I expect both the transfer to be processed and my complaint to be addressed properly.
