I Didn’t Receive the Transfer for $1600 Sent via Remitly from the U.S.

On June 20, 2025, my son—who lives in the United States—sent me $1,600 USD using Remitly, expecting the amount to arrive in my account promptly in ₺. However, three full days have passed, and there is still no sign of the money in my bank account.

Despite this, when my son contacted Remitly customer service, they assured him that the money had already been delivered and deposited. That is not true. My account has not received a single cent, and this delay is now creating a serious financial burden for me and my family. I am incredibly disappointed with how this is being handled.

Remitly’s system shows a completed transaction, but I have nothing to show for it on my end. I expected a reliable and transparent money transfer service—not to be left in the dark chasing invisible funds.

This issue needs to be resolved immediately. I demand a full investigation, proof of delivery, and a clear update on where the money actually is. Remitly, please don’t ignore this. Fix it or provide a refund without making me wait any longer.
