Dear Remitly Customer Service, I am writing to formally dispute a transaction that occurred on 06/29/25 12:32 AM and to request a full refund. The transaction was for $1250 and was intended for Purchase-Utilities RMTLY* R16690508*** Unfortunately, the transaction failed to complete successfully. I received an error message that my payment was denied . Despite the failure, the amount of $1250 was debited from my account. I have not yet received a refund for this failed transaction. I request that you investigate this matter promptly and issue a full refund of $1250 to my account. Please credit the refund to my account as soon as possible. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution to this issue. Please contact me if you require any further information.
