Remini Charged Me for an Unused Subscription – Requesting a Full Refund

Dear Remini Support Team,

I am reaching out to request a refund for an unauthorized subscription charge. About a week ago, I downloaded the Remini app and entered my credit card details during the free trial period. However, I never used the app and did not subscribe to any paid services.

Later, I deleted the app from my phone, assuming no charges would be made. However, as shown in the attached screenshot, I was charged ₺224.99 for a subscription I never activated.

I assure you that I did not intentionally sign up for a paid plan and have not used any premium services. Please review my case, cancel this unauthorized subscription, and refund the full amount to my credit card as soon as possible.

I have attached a screenshot as proof of the charge. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue. Thank you.
