I signed up for the one-week free trial on Remini but unfortunately forgot to cancel before it ended. On March 25, I noticed that ₺225 was withdrawn from my account under the name "Google Bending Spoons," but since it wasn’t clearly labeled, I had no idea which app caused it and couldn’t cancel in time.
Then, just a few days ago on April 15, another ₺225 was taken from my account. Only then did I realize that Remini was behind these charges. What’s worse — I never even used the app after the free trial period ended.
As a student, losing ₺450 for a service I didn’t use is extremely upsetting. I demand that Remini refund the full ₺450 immediately and take better steps to inform users about subscription renewals. This must be corrected urgently!
