Remini Charged Me After My Son Downloaded It — I Canceled and Want a Refund Now

My son downloaded the Remini app without my knowledge, and as soon as I noticed, I immediately canceled it. Despite canceling right away, Remini still charged my credit card ₺250. I never received any message, notification, or warning about this charge — it was completely unauthorized and done without my consent.

I did not approve any subscription, nor was I informed in any way that my card would be charged. This kind of silent billing is unacceptable, especially when it affects users who have taken immediate steps to cancel.

I’m requesting a full refund of the ₺250 charged to my card. Remini needs to stop charging people without clear authorization and provide a solution quickly. I want my money back.
