I downloaded the Remini app and was shocked to find that ₺250 was withdrawn from my account twice without my knowledge or permission — one week apart. I never subscribed, I never authorized these payments, and yet Remini charged me as if I had agreed to something I knew nothing about.
This is a serious violation of user trust. I want my so-called subscription canceled immediately and a full refund for both unauthorized charges. I shouldn’t have to fight for money that should never have been taken from me in the first place.
If this issue isn’t resolved quickly, I will escalate the situation to higher authorities. Remini must take responsibility and return the money they wrongly took.
