Remini Charged Me Twice Without Consent and Took Nearly ₺500 From My Account
Hello. I am extremely frustrated with the Remini app. I simply downloaded the app to check its content, but without my permission, Remini charged me twice, directly adding almost ₺500 to my Turkcell bill. I never authorized any payment, never confirmed any subscription, and was never even asked for approval.
I cannot understand how they are allowed to charge users without clear consent. This is a huge violation of trust and consumer rights. To make things worse, I have no idea how to get my money back because there are no clear instructions or support available for refunds.
I demand that Remini immediately refund the full amount they wrongly charged and stop unauthorized billing practices. Please assist me in getting this issue resolved — no one should lose money like this without even knowing!
