ReelVero Won't Stop Charging My Card

I have a problem with my Reelvero subscription that started on 5 October 2026. I can no longer log into my account and I am also unable to cancel the subscription through the platform. I contacted Reelvero customer service about the fact that I cannot log in or cancel my subscription, but I have not received any response so far. In the meantime, I have noticed repeated attempted charges of 24.99 USD, which are being declined due to insufficient funds, but I do not want any further attempts to be made. I request that my Reelvero subscription be cancelled as soon as possible and that all future charges and charge attempts on my account be fully stopped.
