Unauthorized Payments From My Account

I recently discovered several unauthorized payments on my Capitec Bank account under the description “Reelshortwt / Reelshort” even though I have never subscribed to or knowingly used any Reelshort service. One of the transactions on 7 October was for 244.99 Rand, and there are similar charges in previous months as well, all taken without my consent. Since I did not subscribe to Reelshort and did not approve any recurring payments, I consider these charges unauthorized. I have also contacted ReelShort support by email and shared my Capitec transaction details to explain that I did not make or approve this purchase. I request that all charges related to this unauthorized Reelshortwt subscription be fully refunded and that any existing subscription or automatic payment linked to my account be permanently cancelled and blocked so that no further deductions can be made.
