Reeder S 19 Phone Broke and Support Is Unresponsive


Ever since I got my new Reeder phone, I've been really disappointed. Since the beginning, it has been nothing but problematic. It seems to shut down and restart unexpectedly, remove contacts from my address book, and the charging is not reliable. I am fed up. I insist on an exchange, but they are requesting payment for the process. If a resolution or exchange is not provided, I will pursue legal action. Customers shouldn't have to deal with these problems; it's a breach of their rights.
