Reebok White Sneakers Tore Twice – No Update After Sending for Inspection



My white Reebok sneakers tore twice in the upper leather area. I previously sent them in for inspection but didn’t get any results. This time, I took the shoes to another store closer to my home, and they just took down my number without giving me any tracking information. I was told they would call, but it’s been nearly 15 days, and I haven’t received any update.
I need assistance in resolving this issue. It’s frustrating not getting any results, and I expect Reebok to handle this matter promptly. Please help me get an update on my inspection and find a solution for the defective shoes.
