Reebok Sneakers Showed Quick Wear and No Response on Return Request

My Reebok sneakers showed significant wear and deformation in a very short time, especially around the front mesh area, where the material began to come undone. I contacted customer service to inquire about a return, and they advised me to go to a FLO store since it was their product. They assured me I’d receive a message with a return shipping code after they created a record. However, three days went by without any follow-up. I called again, and a new request was opened with a promise that I’d receive a callback within 48 hours. Another three days have passed with no response. I initiated the process for a third time, yet still no resolution. With no physical stores in 79 out of 81 provinces, it has now been over eight days, and I am still waiting for a return code. This delay, coupled with the shoe's poor quality, has left me highly dissatisfied. I request an urgent solution to this issue.
