Reebok Shoes Wore Out After 3 Months but In Street Refused Warranty Service

About six months ago, I purchased a pair of Reebok shoes through the In Street mobile app. My spouse and I each bought a pair of shoes at the same time. While my spouse's shoes from a different brand have shown no issues, the heel area of my Reebok shoes developed severe peeling and wear after only 3–4 months of normal use.

Because of this defect, I sent the shoes in for a warranty inspection about a month ago. However, I was informed that the claim had been denied because the damage was considered outside the warranty coverage. I do not accept that a pair of shoes showing this level of deterioration in such a short period can simply be dismissed as user-caused damage. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and regret purchasing it.

I request that my shoes be inspected again through a more thorough and impartial warranty review. If possible, I would like the defective product to be replaced with a new pair. If a replacement is not possible, I request a full refund of the purchase price. I expect my complaint to be resolved fairly and ask that greater care be taken to prevent other customers from experiencing the same problem.
