On Sunday, February 1, 2026, I purchased a pair of Reebok sneakers for my daughter from the In Street store in Niğde. At the time of purchase, it was specifically stated that all products were covered under warranty.
However, on the third day of use, the shoe tore at the upper stitching connection point. As a result, I went back to the store on February 8, 2026, and submitted a request for return and inspection. Photos of the shoes were taken and uploaded into the system.
On February 10, 2026, I received a message stating that the product had been repaired.
Since the shoes tore after being worn for only three days, I consider this to be a manufacturing defect. Therefore, I am not requesting a repair but rather a full replacement with a brand-new identical pair.
I have photos clearly showing the defect and kindly request that they be taken into consideration during the review process.
I ask that this matter be resolved promptly and that the shoes be replaced with a new pair as soon as possible.
