Brand New Reebok Shoes Developed Tears After Three Months

52

I bought a pair of Reebok shoes about four months back, and after using them for three months, I noticed some tears and separations on the sides. I patiently waited for an entire month, eagerly anticipating a positive outcome. However, my hopes were dashed when I received a disappointing rejection for my complaint. I can't believe how much these shoes have deteriorated, especially considering how much I paid for them.
I've tried other brands in the past and never encountered this problem. I would appreciate either a refund or a replacement for the same product.
