I purchased a pair of Reebok shoes about six months ago, but my son only started wearing them in September. He uses a separate pair for sports, so these shoes have been lightly used. Despite this, both the right and left shoes have developed tears in various areas. I sent the shoes for inspection, but my refund request was denied without a satisfactory explanation.

Considering the high price I paid for these shoes, this level of quality is unacceptable. I request immediate action to resolve this issue, either through a refund or a replacement. Reebok must stand by its product and address this matter promptly. I expect a resolution for the inconvenience caused.
