On February 25, 2024, I purchased a pair of Reebok Classic (black) shoes from In Street 212 mall, and shortly after, I noticed significant issues. The right shoe developed a painful heel rub and deformation/tearing. The left shoe feels wider and uncomfortable, causing blisters due to the intense rubbing at the back. I’ve been a loyal Reebok Classic user for 7 years and never experienced such problems before. This pair is completely different from the high quality I’m used to. Despite reporting the issue, the company claimed it wasn’t a manufacturing defect and refused to address the problem. They are not standing behind their product.
