Segway Provides Poor After-Sales Support for the Ninebot Max G3

Overall, I am satisfied with my Segway Ninebot Max G3 electric scooter, but I am extremely disappointed with Segway's after-sales support. For nearly one month, I have been trying to purchase both the left and right brake levers that are compatible with the Max G3, but I have been unable to find them anywhere.

Segway appears to focus only on selling scooters while providing almost no support for replacement parts or accessories. I have contacted the company multiple times through its Instagram account, but every message has been ignored. I also tried using the live chat feature on the official website. It displays a message saying that I am in the queue and should wait for an agent, but the page remains blank and no representative ever joins the conversation. The lack of communication and customer support has been extremely frustrating.

I contacted nearly every authorized Segway service center in Ankara, yet none of them had replacement brake levers for the Max G3. I paid a premium price for this scooter—more than many gasoline-powered scooters—because I expected a higher level of product support. Had I known that obtaining basic replacement parts would be this difficult, I would not have chosen this brand. This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in Segway.

One of the main reasons I purchased the Max G3 was its support for an optional external battery and the official rear storage bag. Unfortunately, these original accessories have never been made available in Turkey, making it impossible to take full advantage of features that were promoted as part of the product. Customers should be able to purchase the accessories that are advertised for their vehicles.

I request that Segway immediately supply the left and right brake levers compatible with my Ninebot Max G3 and make original accessories such as the additional battery and rear storage bag officially available in Turkey. I also urge Segway to improve its after-sales service, customer communication, and spare parts availability so that existing customers receive the level of support expected from a global brand.
