Reddit Keeps Sending Irrelevant Gmail Notifications From Random Communities

For the past several days, I’ve been receiving constant email notifications from Reddit sent to my Gmail account. The problem is that these messages are from communities I have absolutely nothing to do with and never signed up for.

These unwanted messages are extremely disruptive and frustrating. I never opted in to receive updates from these random communities, yet Reddit continues to flood my inbox. There is no clear way to stop them, and even after adjusting my settings, the issue persists.

I am demanding that Reddit immediately stop sending me irrelevant email notifications and ensure that my Gmail is not used for unsolicited content. Users should have full control over their notification preferences, and unwanted spam-like behavior from a platform of this size is completely unacceptable.

Reddit must take urgent action to fix this and respect users’ privacy and preferences.
