Thank you to Realme, because the screen replacement was done free of charge. Even though I lost time and effort due to a green line appearing on the screen for no reason, the brand resolved the hardware malfunction issue free of charge. First, I was contacted by phone to inform me that a record had been opened at KVK, the device was delivered to the service center, and after 4 days I received it back with the screen replaced. In the meantime, there was a problem on the KVK side (not related to Realme), the under-screen fingerprint reader did not work, so I had to take it to the service again. It turned out that it wasn't working because calibration was forgotten after the screen replacement; once it was done, it started working. In the end, with all the trips to deliver and pick up the phone, traffic, parking, waiting, setting up the phone again, transferring data, etc., I lost a whole day. Of course, these could have happened for other reasons as well, but if the screen hadn't malfunctioned due to a software issue, I wouldn't have experienced these. However, these things can happen with any brand. As I wrote at the beginning, I was already very satisfied with the Realme (and previously OnePlus) brand. Due to its hardware power and especially its good UI and smooth screens, it stands out from other Androids. In terms of service, their compensatory approach after the warranty is also positive. I wasn't expecting this because of what I had read before, which is why I wrote the complaint. In this respect, I thank Realme.
