Razer Brand Warranty Policy and Product Quality Regret
I bought a Razer Blackshark wireless gaming headset from İtopya. I just put the product on my ear and took it off. I didn't drop it on the ground or force it, but the part that connects the headset and the headband broke. Since the warranty is still valid, the authorized service replied that the product I sent was not covered by the warranty and that we will make a fee-based replacement. I was very disappointed with this brand, which I preferred because I trusted the quality of its products and its service network. I am creating this complaint so that those who are considering buying can consider this experience I had.

The product I bought from the İtopya site, which was stated to be under the assurance of Bilkom and mentioned to be a subsidiary of Koç Holding, was sent faulty and the authorized service directly blamed user error and suggested a paid replacement. The fee they wanted was close to the price of a new headset. Naturally, I did not accept this and asked them to return my headset. The headset they sent back was not in the condition I sent it; it came back completely broken. The headset, which was usable when I sent it, is now completely unusable. I think they guarantee to return the product you purchased in a way that you can never use it again. I am complaining about this brand and the Koç Holding it is affiliated with.
