I recently purchased a Razer Cobra wired mouse, and I'm incredibly frustrated with the faulty scroll wheel that's become completely unreliable. It scrolls erratically—sometimes reversing direction randomly, moving up when I scroll down, and vice versa. Even worse, it frequently disconnects, making the Windows unplugging sound repeatedly—sometimes up to ten times an hour! This issue makes it impossible to work or play comfortably.
I sent the mouse, along with its invoice and valid warranty, to the authorized Providyo service center in İzmir, clearly describing the problem. Shockingly, they refused to repair or replace my mouse simply because I didn't have the original packaging. Seriously, Razer? Rejecting warranty claims over a cardboard box is absurd! This has severely damaged my trust in your brand. I demand an immediate resolution to this unacceptable customer service experience.
