Razer V2 Pro Mouse Stopped Working – No Warranty Support Anywhere

I purchased the Razer V2 Pro Mouse from Amazon on December 13, 2023, and now it has stopped working. Since it is still under warranty, I expected to have it repaired or replaced. However, I cannot find any authorized service center that will accept it!
It seems Providyo handles Razer products, but they claim my mouse is not covered under Bilkom’s warranty, so they refuse to take it. Where am I supposed to send this expensive device for service? This is completely unacceptable for a premium gaming brand. Razer, provide clear support options or take responsibility for your product! Has anyone else struggled with warranty issues like this? I demand a solution!
