My Razer Barracuda RZ04-0379 Headset Cracked. I Regret Buying It
My Razer Barracuda RZ04-0379100 headset cracked at the hinge point 6-7 months after I bought it. It broke completely 3 months ago. I bought my product on November 28, 2023. It has a 2-year warranty. Because I predicted it would break even after being repaired, I didn't send it for service immediately after it broke 3 months ago. Last week, I sent it to the authorized service center of Providyo, which is an authorized service for Bilkom. They told me that the break was user-caused and that they wouldn't repair it. They told me I could get a new one for 15-20% less than the market price if I wanted. However, since there was no solution if it broke again, we ended the process. Razer does not stand behind its products. I will not buy it again.
