Razer Headphone Service Center Returns Device Damaged Beyond Original Condition After Dispute

On January 15, 2026, I sent my product to the authorized service center due to the crack shown in the photo. Subsequently, I was informed that a product replacement would be required for this crack.
I did not accept this outcome and filed an appeal with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, refraining from touching or using the headphones until all necessary inspections were conducted. Following their assessment, it was stated that the crack was caused by user error, and the headphones were returned to me. However, when I originally shipped the headphones, they were at least in a usable state. Today, when I picked them up intending to use them despite the crack, I was shocked by the condition I found them in. I demand a resolution to my issue.
