Beats Solo Headphones Still Have Audio Problems After Service Repair
On February 10, 2025, I purchased a Beats Solo headset from Vatan Bilgisayar. Since the very first day, the headset has consistently failed to provide clear audio transmission during phone calls. I have never been able to use the product properly without experiencing this issue. The problem occurs during every use and has continued without interruption.
A while ago, I sent the headset to the authorized service center for inspection and repair. After the service process, I was informed that the issue had been fixed and the product was returned to me. However, once I started using the headset again, I realized that absolutely nothing had changed and the exact same problem still continues.
Because the product is still under warranty, I request that my ongoing issue and customer dissatisfaction be properly resolved. If a replacement product cannot be provided, then I want to exercise my right to a refund. My order number is SPR26527519.
I expect this matter to be resolved as soon as possible because the product has never functioned correctly despite service intervention.
