I currently have a ₺1000 balance in my Razer Gold account, but I can’t use it because I’m not receiving the two-step verification code via SMS. This is incredibly frustrating. I used to get the code without any issues, but now it simply doesn’t arrive, no matter how many times I try. Without the verification code, I can’t complete any purchases, making my entire balance useless.
I’ve seen that other people have experienced the same problem, but no one is explaining how they solved it. So here I am, reaching out publicly in the hope that Razer Gold finally pays attention and addresses this issue.
I expect a prompt fix. Either restore SMS delivery to my number or offer an alternative way to verify my identity and access the services I paid for. I shouldn’t be locked out of spending my own money. Please help urgently.
