Ray-Ban RB2140 Paint Peeling - Warranty Rejected

On July 12, 2025, I purchased Ray-Ban model rb2140 glasses from Atasun Optik. Only two weeks after buying the product, during my third use, small paint chips appeared on the temples and frame. On September 7, I sent the product for inspection, but it was rejected with the claim of user error, and no solution was offered. However, Atasun Optik customer service had clearly stated that the glasses were covered by a 2-year warranty. I paid ₺4,784 for these glasses, and despite being under warranty, I was left without support for this issue. I request a replacement for my product and expect my grievance to be resolved.
