Broken Ray-Ban Warranty Denied

Ever since I got my Ray-Ban glasses, the nose bridge has been a bit loose. Atasun Optik continued to make adjustments, but unfortunately, it eventually broke. Ray-Ban declines to provide warranty coverage, causing me significant distress. They are attributing their own errors to me. I'm lodging complaints against Aydın Forum Atasun Optik and Ray-Ban. I am prepared to escalate this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board and, if required, pursue legal action in court. This company has provided me with glasses cases that were defective, which is a disservice to consumers.
