Defective Ray-Ban: Eyewear Quality Disappointment




On June 7, 2022, while using the Ray-Ban glasses purchased from Atasun Optik, my mother attempted to clean the lenses, but the glasses easily broke in the middle despite applying no excessive force. Despite her extensive experience with glasses over approximately 30 years, the optical store claimed user error in the examination and returned the glasses. We believe this indicates a defective product, and we are considering filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board as we had expected a quality and durable product when spending around 3000 TL on this eyewear.
