Ray Insurance Provided No Coverage Despite Supplementary Health Insurance

No need to be polite!! I was scammed by Ray Insurance. I purchased supplementary health insurance, but they did not provide me with coverage at the hospital. I had to pay out of pocket and when I submitted the bill for reimbursement, they refused to refund my money. It has been almost a month and they are still giving me the runaround, asking for various documents and making it difficult for me to obtain them. They even asked for a report and analysis that the hospital did not provide. This is not my fault, why are they delaying and making it difficult for me? I am disgusted and hope they receive all kinds of curses on this blessed Friday.
