My Ray Insurance Policy Not Covering Hospital Expenses

I got an extra health insurance policy from Ray Insurance, but I've had trouble with it ever since. When I went to the hospital to use it for the first time today, they told me that my policy did not cover the costs. When I called Ray Insurance, they said they couldn't help me until Monday, when they were open for business. I felt like a victim because I relied on my insurance and now I'm in such a terrible and ridiculous situation at the hospital. But there's more. The hospital staff told me that the name of the policy holder does not match the name on my documents, which is a male name that is not mine. Ray Insurance won't be able to help me with either of these problems until Monday, so I'll have to stay in the hospital over the weekend.
